If you need one, I’m happy to point you in the right direction. For generalized dieting I can offer some support in sharing what has worked for me and my clients in the past. I do not prescribe diets. If you’re wanting something prescribed for a special circumstance, again, see a dietician. If you’re attempting calorie counting, trying to work out ketosis and what you can eat or you’re looking into intermittent fasting, or any other diet worth its salt, chances are I have tried it. There are always certain diets that suit some better than others. You won’t know until you start and see what works for you.
