TRAINING WITH JACK.

This is the center of my passion in the industry. You'll see on other pages I've branched into other areas, but I always have been centrally passionate about exercise and physical capability.

Over 12 years I worked as a Personal Trainer which saw me to the end of my honors degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. During my undergraduate degree I also developed a passion for research which I am now exploring through a PhD in Cardiology and Exercise Physiology. This has allowed me to explore and continue to learn at a depth I hadn't previously planned. Yet it has become an incredible passion I am grateful to be able to continue. It does not mean I have stopped what I offer in the way of exercise delivery though, moreover it bolsters what I can offer.

Working with you, your capabilities, your strengths, picking up your weaknesses, with no onlookers, no competing for equipment, no excuses to prevent you performing your best. I have had many people train with me over the years and go from nothing to training on their days off and experimenting with their own programming just for the love of it. People have lost big numbers on the scales if that’s your thing, but more importantly the turn in people’s self-confidence is amazing to watch and be a part of. I’ve trained people to a level they’re trying to take out my PB’s on the leaderboard, or become PT's themselves, which adds another dynamic to sessions. But none of that is required if it's not your thing. The important thing is that we get your capabilities to where you want them to be.
