Hot and cold exposure have been getting a lot of attention lately and honestly, it deserves it. This is usually targeted at sports recovery and while that's great, heat and cold exposure enhance so much more for your brain and body. There are many cultures that have long used saunas or similar for health and spiritual cleanses. Although infrared saunas are fantastic, after much deliberation the Finnish sauna style is just too good to pass up in our eyes. So we have a traditional Finnish dry sauna where you can get those glorious löyly (steam from the water and hot stones) waves and bask in the heat, then contrast with an ice plunge or dip in the pool. With a quick rain shower rinse between them you can repeat over for as many times as you like in your private booking.
