Yes, there will always be something you can do. I have had pretty rough injuries to both shoulders multiple times, hip, lower back in various ways, chest, ribs, hands, had surgeries, sports injuries, car crashes and concussions. And only 1 of those injuries was in the gym. Unless your whole body needs to rest from the injury or condition flare up there is always something you can do. The longer you do nothing the harder it will be to come back from it. Get back to some sort of exercise as soon as your able. Outside of my own injuries I have also helped lots of clients deal with their own injuries, things that come up from past injuries, twinges or knocks and especially balancing out postural aches and pains. I really do love helping people come back from injuries and improve their fitness and functional movement.
